A project about developing methods for using arts as a tool in the work with disabled people in Belarus, Ukraine and Georgia. The aim is to organise activities which can raise an interest and make people aware about the possibilities using arts within disability field. A focus group with two representatives/country will participate and contribute in all the project activities and form a network for sharing and future collaboration.
Mundesi
Project Mundesi – Opportunities for young people with disabilities in Kükes, Albania. The project is about bringing together different members of the youth community of Kükes by using creative arts as a tool. The project activities took place during 2009 in Kükes, north-east Albania and in Öjebyn, north Sweden.

International participants
Orsolya Végh from Budapest is describing her experiences from the course:
"I thoroughly enjoyed the course and experienced the great joy of working together in the field of creative arts. All participants were friendly and open, and innovative pieces of music and dance were born. It was an extraordinary moment when we were on stage in the final performance and everyone was singing in Swedish, knowing the meaning of each word and feeling."
"It was initially challenging to work in several languages, but I soon picked up a few Swedish words and communication became easier. I had rarely written poetry and songs before and I felt a bit uncertain about my artistic abilities, but I discovered them soon as I tried new things out. As we have developed deep friendships with some of the participants, it was emotionally challenging to say goodbye at the end."
"All tutors were encouraging and professional, I have learnt a lot from them. The artistic process was completely new and fully inspiring for me. It has given me an impulse to start dealing with creative arts more in my own country as well."
