Director trained in Macedonia. 1998 founder of the Children's Theatre Centre in Macedonia which operated for 20 years as a performing arts and knowledge producing institution for performing arts for children and young people. Has been the artistic director of Gottsunda Dance and Theatre. Deputy theatre director at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern and now theatre director at Riksteatern. Over the years, Dritëro has worked with performing arts, TV productions and development projects in culture and performing arts in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

What is your driving force as a board member?

– I have a great experience and network in the performing arts in Sweden and internationally that I hope to share as a board member. I am also driven by the desire for untested and unexpected collaborations that can lead to new insights and opportunities for development.

How do you see ShareMusic's role as a knowledge centre in five years' time?

– I see ShareMusic as an obvious hub for knowledge development and dissemination, not only in Sweden but also internationally.
