Originally a civil engineer. Has been in the management of the Gothenburg Opera for many years in a number of positions. Has helped develop the Gothenburg Opera into Sweden's leading musical theatre during the 2000s. In parallel, I am also chairman of the Göteborg Wind Orchestra and vice chairman of the management team of the Performing Arts School.

What is your driving force as a board member?

– Above all, to help develop ShareMusic from a course organiser to a knowledge centre.

How do you see ShareMusic's role as a knowledge centre in five years' time?

– In five years, I hope/believe that ShareMusic has a permanent national mission to be a knowledge centre for inclusive performing arts, which has been able to create a robust organisation, not based on short-term project funding.
